Kickboxing Workout

I only did the kickboxing class last night.  The first half hour we did a recorded workout, similar to the Bas Rutten workout, except John made it.  It was awesome.  I was so tired when we finished it.  We did a lot of combos.

Some of the ones I remember are:
- the usual  - Jab, Cross, Hook, commonly referred to as 123.
- Jab cross Right hook, left hook - 1234
- 4 straight punches then 3 - 5 knees
- sprawl, knee
- sprawl, upper cut
- jab, cross, hook to the head, hook to the body

There were also various combos including leg kicks and such.

After we did 30 min of that we started doing 3 min rounds of specific combos.  With 1 min of squats or burpees with jumps, in between.   It was rough but a great work out.

Oh yeah then we did 50 push kicks on each leg, 50 leg, head and body kicks with each leg to finish up class.
